1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the participation of individuals ("Walk-In Marketers") in the Walk-In Marketer Program ("Program") offered by Status TAG Pvt. Ltd. ("Status TAG"). By enrolling in the Program, Walk-In Marketers agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Walk-In Marketers must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into agreements.

2.2 Walk-In Marketers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing their participation in the Program.

2.3 Walk-In Marketers must have good networking with PBCL ( Pubs, Bars, Cafes, Lounges) and Restaurant owners.

2.4 Walk-In Marketers must have an active Status TAG Profile before engaging with owners to claim their location gallery on Status TAG Wire.

3. Program Participation

3.1 Walk-In Marketers shall act as representatives of Status TAG and shall conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.

3.1.1 Walk-In Marketers shall prioritize the interests of Status TAG and its clients in all interactions and communications.

3.1.2 Walk-In Marketers shall refrain from engaging in any behavior that may be construed as harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive.

3.1.3 Walk-In Marketers shall adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing their conduct as representatives of Status TAG.

3.2 Walk-In Marketers shall not engage in any conduct that may damage the reputation or interests of Status TAG.

3.2.1 Walk-In Marketers shall exercise discretion and good judgment in their actions and communications, avoiding any behavior that could bring disrepute to Status TAG.

3.2.2 Walk-In Marketers shall promptly report any concerns or issues that may arise in the course of their participation in the Program to Status TAG.

3.2.3 Walk-In Marketers shall maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information or trade secrets of Status TAG or its clients that they may become privy to during their participation in the Program.

4. Engagement with Brands

4.1 Walk-In Marketers are authorized to initiate discussions with brands to encourage them to claim their location gallery on Wire.

4.2 Walk-In Marketers shall accurately represent Status TAG and shall not make any false or misleading statements about Status TAG or its products/services.

4.3 Walk-In Marketers must read and understand all the involved products like Status TAG, Wire and Fyre Search to accurately guide the brands and encourage to claim their galleries.

5. Proposal Submission

5.1 Walk-In Marketers shall submit accurate brand details in accordance with the guidelines provided by Status TAG to send them proposal.

5.2 Walk-In Marketers must ensure to convert the brand within seven working days to receive the commission for the conversion.

6. Commission Structure

6.1 Walk-In Marketers shall receive a commission of 30% upon the brand's subscription purchase.

6.2 Commissions shall be processed within 24 hours in working days after the brand's subscription purchase.

7. Payment and Disbursement

7.1 Commissions shall be disbursed digitally to the bank account or upi details provided by the Walk-In Marketer.

7.2 Status TAG reserves the right to deduct applicable taxes, including a 10% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), from the commission amount.

8. Monitoring and Reporting

8.1 Walk-In Marketers shall monitor their conversions and commission details using the designated platform provided by Status TAG.

8.2 Regular updates shall be sent to the Walk-In Marketer's WhatsApp number for convenience.

9. Program Termination

9.1 Status TAG reserves the right to terminate a Walk-In Marketer's participation in the Program at its discretion, with or without cause.

9.1.1 Termination by Status TAG may occur if a Walk-In Marketer breaches any of the terms outlined in this agreement or engages in conduct that is detrimental to the interests of Status TAG or its clients.

9.1.2 In the event of termination by Status TAG, the Walk-In Marketer shall cease all activities related to the Program immediately upon receiving notice of termination.

9.2 Walk-In Marketers may terminate their participation by providing written notice to Status TAG before 30 days.

9.2.1 Walk-In Marketers who wish to terminate their participation in the Program must provide written notice to Status TAG at least 30 days prior to the intended termination date.

9.2.2 Upon receipt of the termination notice, Status TAG shall process the termination request and provide confirmation to the Walk-In Marketer.

9.2.3 Walk-In Marketers shall fulfill any outstanding obligations or commitments to Status TAG or its clients prior to the effective date of termination.

10. Additional Terms

10.1 Status TAG may modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

10.2 Walk-In Marketers agree to indemnify and hold Status TAG harmless against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the Program.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi High Court.

11.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

By enrolling in the Walk-In Marketer Program, Walk-In Marketers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
